Potbelly

Food was really good and so was customer service. I ordered online and went to the store and brought it back to my office. The food was ready and fresh and my order was right. The staff was really nice.

Everything's great

I choose potbelly because of the location. It was close to my work. I ordered a farmhouse salad with no chicken. They usually give me given which I don't like Potbelly's chicken at all. This time they actually got it right. My order was ready when it said to be. The clerk was extremely nice and pleasant and fast. I have no complaints and would defiantly return.

The food was really good. I went on my lunch break so I ordered online and picked it up. My food was ready. I had to wait about 5 mins before someone could help me. The way this location is set up the cashiers can't really see the order online register. Once I was noticed and helped I got my food. I always check it before I go because they always seem to mess it up. This time they actually got it 100 percent right! I will definetly go back and this makes up for my other 5 times when they got it wrong.

I used Potbelly because it was very close to my work. I order on there website and ordered a salad to go. I placed my order and it would be ready within 15 mins. It was noon and the prime lunch hour so I was impressed. I picked my good up no like and no wait. My order was correct finally I had previous bad experiences with this location, but continue to use it because it is so close to my work.

Another great visit

I choose Potbelly because it was so close to my work. I ordered online and picked up to go. When I got there nobody was at the online counter I waited 10 mins before so was helped. Once I was helped everything was fine I was in and out. I ordered a salad I got back to work and noticed there was chicken in my salad and I ordered it without other than that my salad was fine and good. I would go back but I will be checking my food before I leave .

Good food!

Ordered my food online. My salad was good and they actually got my order right for once. They forgot my shake so I had to wait a few minutes for them to make it. Other than the wait everything was good.

Good was good, but like was really long and it took awhile to get thru.
