Firestone Complete Auto Care

I used to love Firestone, and recommended them to all my friends, but lately, at all locations, I've found them to be understaffed, stressed out, moody, and unable to complete simple fixes in a reasonable timeframe. I will continue going there with my current tires, but with the way the service is going, I am inclined to find a different tire supplier for my next set.

Dropped my car off for an alignment check and oil change at 6:00 am, upon returning to pick it up at 5pm the work was not yet completed, they did scramble to get it done for me and I was out the door in under 20 minutes. In addition they compensated me for the inconvenience.

I understand that this is a very busy location of the staff seems somewhat grumpy maybe they would be in a better mood if they turned off Fox news
