I like to go to Firestone because they keep me updated every step with my car and they are friendly and knowledgeable.

Nothing.

I went to get my tire fixed, but it is still shaky. I don't think it's because of them but i am going to take it back.

I was shopping for New tires and rims and wanted to compare prices. Firestone had some competitive prices.

They did great service within a short time frame.

Lot if counter wait time without acknowledgement

Ok service everything was fine

They did a superb job la while back on fixing my auto and making sure it was done right no matter what. I have had to bring it back to have it looked at. I hope the customer service warranty work will be just as superb.
