I was there on time to my appointment. Visited and got out within 1 hour 30 minutes. Some people came after me and they got their cars before mine, which made me stand up and talk to the manager, which I hate to do so. Then immediately the started to work on mine after I waited 1 hour and the job done in 30 mins.

They refuse to listen to me about noises I hear each day. Like...listen to the customer.
