Always a Firestone fan

they forgot to tighten all of my lug nuts. had to pull over on my way home and get out my 4 way and tighten them up.

Took way too long considering I was basically the first one there this morning. Oil change, rotation and inspection. Shouldn't be that long. Ordered part which means another trip to Firestone

3rd time getting alignment in less than 2 months. Getting tire package. Total time 4:30. That is unacceptable. Please call me if you'd like to discuss 817-967-2161

This particular store seems to upsell me on so many different things when I bring my vehicles in. I used to trust them implicitly with my car care needs. Now I'm not sure. The company as a whole has botched two radiator jobs, and misdiagnosed several things. They are always super nice, and have "comped" the repairs when at fault, but it seems like they take an inordinate amount of time and money. I'll keep using them for now, but will be on the lookout for a more reliable shop. Or business altogether.

Came into store with battery problem. Staff efficiently identified problem as a ground cable issue. However, the reason this came up was they didn't properly clean the terminals and seat them when they replaced the battery just last month. Required 5 lost hours of my time today as well as having to get a jump this morning in 30* weather.
