Great food, good service, fast drive thru experience

It seems like the folks that work at this location prefer to put their drive thru customers before the ones inside. We ordered our food and waited for over 20 minutes to dine-in while 7 sets of drive thru customers were served. This is the third consecutive time we have experienced this at this location. We might have to find a new Arby's location or just no more Arby's in the future.
