I am so pleased with the service I received at the 48th and Normal location! They were all out of Arby's sauce packets so the lady who helped me found a container and put some in it for me! Above and beyond customer service! She also upgraded my small fry to a medium because it took a little longer than normal to get my food. It's employees like these that keep me coming back!
