the one lady who works the drive through was and always is very friendly, overly exceeded my expectations every time. only gripe I had was as soon as she handed me my change I was asked to pull up and wait for my order, which I think is so they appear to have served me in a timely manor but I wasn't even at the window long and there was no one in line behind me.

Those chips are awful. Gross. The sandwich was delicious

While this wasn't my best experience with Arby's, 1 out of 5 isn't so bad... Plus, there are several locations around the city so I'll just frequent the most consistent ones ??
