They are way overpriced for the quality and portions I could get a steak sirloin dinner for the same amount I spent for a sandwich, fries, and drink

Customer service was ok

The oil used to cook the onion rings, potato cakes and fries must have bee really old. Not only was all the fried food burned, it tasted like old dirty grease. The Ruben and rachel were sloppily made and did not taste very good. Hope the thousand island dressing was fresh cause it didn't taste very well. Gonna take some real changes in quality of the food to bring me back.

The drive thru needs to be a bit faster. I can understand if they were understaffed. Also the roast beef was really dry
