The food tasted good.

Sandwich tasted a little off so rating lower on taste of food

The Arby's in Rock springs had terrible service. I had to wait longer because the people behind the counter wasted my time talking to friends who were ahead of me. By the time I got my food it was cold. They turned all their attention to their friends and customer service went out the window. They were too distracted to get the food out. That may explain why the drive up line was so long and why I went inside.
