Some curly fries were straight but other than that it was great! :)

We were waiting for a long time...since the person in front only got a shake I'm guessing they turned off the shake machining early and had to turn it back on for this customer which caused a delay. The lady we were ordering from also kept asking if "that was it" for our order. I felt rushed and like she didn't value my time. Would probably have ordered more if she hadn't been so pushy for me to finish with my order.

Roast beef was a bit dry

Very good food like normal. The beef and cheddar I got was a little dry. Still tasted good. Just a little pricey compared to what I can get.

great customer service but they need to learn how to listen.

Good and quick stop for lunch.

Fixed a craving for a roast beef sandwich and love their Arby's sauce.
