There was an unruly customer in the drive thru who refused to leave we were stuck behind her for about ten mins. The manager came out and apologized and asked us if we would mind backing out and coming in to retrieve our orders, which we did and then they compensated us with a coupon for a free combo meal. The police had to force the customer to move her vehicle, over all the staff fid a good job!

It took us over 40 minutes for us to receive a Ruben and a Large roast beef sandwich with a side of potato cakes. We had to order at the window and was unable to get my first option of food. Very dissatisfied.
