I LOVE ARBYS

Great good but the girl at the drive through was very rude

Food was fresh and employees were so friendly

We were the only car in the drive thru and it took forever to get our food. I think we waited about 10 mins.

Drive thru clerk was rude and my order was messed up.

As a regular customer, I visit Arby's around 3 times a week. The food is good, but overpriced. I would appreciate if Arby's would include a coupon as a reward on the receipt, as opposed to a survey than can supposedly win the caller $500. Please, bring the coupons back if you appreciate your repeat customers.

Mozzarella sticks weren't hot, cheese inside wasn't melted. Bun on cheddar roast beef was smashed and flattened, all the sliced roast beef was piled in middle of sandwich, had to distribute beef to eat the sandwich. Not worth the money I paid.
