This Arby's is a joke. I waited in drive thru for 10 mins on my 30 min lunch for no one to take my order. I was told they'd be right with me and that was 10 mins prior. I was watching cars in front of me get their food and leave while I'm still waiting to even get my order. I've come here previously before and it took 25 mins to place an order and get food. Everyone acts overwhelmed with one customer. I've given up on this Arby's. Worst drive thru service ever.
