Fries were cold

I was very impressed with service I received at restaurant today. After paying for my sandwich at window, I was noticing that it was taking extra long to get my order. After a good amount of time, window clerk apologized because of some hold-up, and offered me a free drink. He has me pull forward, and the manager brought my sandwich out, nicely apologized again and offered me a free drink. He brought me out a good larger drink, and really made me feel important to him. I really appreciated his sincerity and I was very impressed. They turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one for me, and gained a very satisfied customer. I will remember their great service in the future!
