I had a coupon for Arby's $1.99 mozzarella sticks, so I went there for lunch. Tasty as usual!

The food was very cold by the time we drove five minutes to our home. Very disappointed in this visit to Arby's.

Fries were cold and the ketchup hadn't been refilled in a while. It was very clumpy.

I ordered 2 fish flat bread sandwiches. When I got to the window and paid, another server came to the window and asked me to pay again. When I gave her the receipt she told me that I had paid for a French dip. When I explained that I didn't order a French dip she SHOUTED AT ME "I KNOW THAT THATS WHY I NEED YOUR CARD AGAIN"! Shouted at me. I said "woah, you do not need to speak to me like that", and she said "im going to need to void this transaction and charge you for the correct order". She could have just said that in the first place instead of treating me like I'm the biggest idiot in the world. Never going back, mark my words.
