They checked out the car that I recently bought so that I could take it on a road trip. It took awhile to find out what was wrong with the car but it turned out ok in the end.

I only went there because it's where my car could be towed. As far as the service. can't say yet, bit the young lady writing orders was very polite.

My car was not ready when they said it would be ready. They had my car for 9 hours! They said that the power steering pump was not where they thought it would be. Come on, did it get moved? How does that happen. Now my heater does not work so my car is broken more.

They took FOREVER to look at my car. I had an appointment and they were almost an hour late before they even took my car in. I had to call for a ride and then when I came back it was finally done. I don't think I will be going back there. Shame too because I used to like them.
