Good service but long wait time

I'm not happy at all that I had to pay 100$ for labor when the actual service only takes an hour of time. I definitely think that the part I was required to purchase was overpriced. I've had a lot of problems with Firestone and my last vehicle and I'm hoping to find another shop soon.

I had to come back not once but twice due to incompetence. Services were not performed correctly and no compensations were made for My extra time which came out of my work day and pay.
