went to see the new star wars film. it was amazing and the staff was perfect. when I went out to the concessions my wait time was minimal.

Great experience as always. All staff was very friendly and efficient at their jobs. I love coming to Harkins and North Valley 16 is one of my favorites.

Very upset to have to wait in line and find out they can't take credit or debit charges - they could have been courteous enough to have put up a sign or made an announcement
