Britany did an awesome job assisting a worker with taking the order and training her how to do it and making sure that the order was filled correctly.

Food was good. Relaxed atmosphere then on our way. It was a good lunch time

Olivia Hunter was the order taker and prepared the shakes that I ordered. it was fast and exact on the order.

My swiss and dip sand had meat in one pile in middle threw most of bun away bery expensive

My Reuben sandwich was a sloppy mess. Had to eat it with a fork and my husbands steak sandwich looked like it came from the kids menu and they forgot half the "meat". Which Arby's is so quick to advertise that they have. Also bathrooms need updating.

This place in Waterloo Illinois is by far the most disgusting smelly place I have been into in years. Go in the bathroom and you will turn around and leave. And that is what I did. Dirty, dingy, smelly, outdated. And this is the room the employees clean their hands? Come on. Never again.
