Good food! Tables dirty no where for 5 of us to sit

we stopped at Arby's because we love the food. the drive thru worker took longer than expected to even come take our money, then we had to wait almost 10 minutes for our food. it doesn't normally take that long.

we ordered our food and started eating and realized our fries were cold I told them and they fix it. all is goood

Went into Arby's and the outer door going in sprung so walk into the restaurant and all you see is water dripping on the floor from the lights and then the counter is all full of water dripping into tubs! All the tables except one was dirty and we were the only ones there! Worst experience in a restaurant I've ever seen! If we weren't so hungry I would have left and they should have shut down with the problem they had going on!
