The location is great. Less than 15 minutes from my house. I crave the ham & Swiss & the Jamocha shake has been my favorite since your company started making them. I asked specifically for a fresh order of your straight fries & I didn't mind the wait. They extremely nice & did as I asked. My meal was still hot when I got home & I appreciated that. I just had to wait a few minutes & the service was great. I will definitely be back.

I have always liked going to Arby's since I was a young girl. I remember long ago when a person ordered a combo meal, cole slaw came with it. I really liked the cole slaw. I still have cravings for the Jamocha shakes & the turnovers are still a big treat. The Ham & Swiss has always been my favorite sandwich there & I really like the chicken salad, but sadly you all discontinued it. One of the new items on the menu was good as well. The garlic & Parisian chips. I had them at two different locations. The one Morristown was great. Plenty of flavor & crispy. The location in Dandridge, where I purchased my food today, the chips had very little flavor & they tasted old. They have been discontinued as well. Arby's is a great place to eat & the atmosphere is good as well. It is not your typical fast food place & I like that a lot.
