Speed of service is too sloe & inconvenient.

the food is ok but the staff looks depressed and not the most welcoming. for the price, id rather go somewhere with excellent service like chicfila. it also seemed like a lot of the food was reheated

Great food. But often, the food is cold and isn't fresh. And if you report it to the acting manager, you won't get a warm welcome.

I waited way too long for my food, because there was miscommunication between the two workers & they thought I already got my order. They did apologize though.
