They are slow, rude, there's flies flying around, they weren't even wearing gloves. Food tasted good but other than that I was NOT satisfied.

The Arby's team members were exceptionally friendly and outgoing. The food was horribly greasy and didn't taste fresh even though I know it was made fresh while I waited. Even with my coupons the food was expensive for the poor quality / taste.

After paying at drive thru window had to pull up and wait 15 mins to receive my order was look for a fast trip that did not happen

Ordered the new flat bread brisket sandwich with along 4more orders but I was asked to pull up to the door an I would have to wait ...no one else was there.. Waited 15 min to receive food an no one else come up ...when o got home an looked my flat bread brisket had no brisket on it ..waited 15 min for a tomato sandwich that cost 8 bucks go figure
