Rude customer service

The order taker monica was new. She was asking for help from the assistant manager Thomas. He acted as if it was a bother for him. She made a mistake and asked him to cancel order to start again. We had to ask him to cancel after she asked for him to do it. He then turned and told a cook in the back, and a quote " the penguin messed up so, she had to cancel it." In spanish. My family is bilingual and he was very rude.
