We don't get to visit Arby's often because of our location. The food at this location was good, it was hot and fresh and the service was friendly. The dining room was clean and condiments were nearly displayed and available.

The fries were cold. Otherwise, the restroom was clean, dining area was clean and the tea was fresh.

The French dips are a little over priced. There was a very rude lady who stopped her car, got out, walked back to the drive thru window while another car was at the window and held up the whole process for a while. She should've parked and went inside instead of blocking the drive thru. The lady working the window should be rewarded for being patient with this unsatisfied customer.
