Yes I came inside observed 4 workers in the back talking and I washing dishes. They looked at me kept talking....after a minute or two someone yelled hang on I'll be there in a minute. It was almost 4 minutes before they took my order. Never said sorry...or come back again. Didn't even say Thank You. Will probably find another Arbys to do business with. This is my Second Bad Experience (as far as waiting). before being Acknowledged. My Money Will Spend Elsewhere!
