The separate aka carte pricing they have for lettuce and tomato is astronomical . Total rip off. Computerized receipt states shredded lettuce. Do you get shredded lettuce? No! You get one leaf of wilted lettuce and a sliver of tomato . Costs 40 cents..not a happy customer Arby's !

Tonight I observed something that needs to be corrected. There was training taking place with a young man. Evidently we were at the restaurant at Restrooom Cleaning hour. The trainee was pulled off register duty and assigned restroom duty. Management needs to be further trained before management can train new hires. Restroom cleaning supplies were gathered somewhere from the back of the store and brought through behind the counter and put on the small side counter. WAY to close to within food contact . Restroom cleaning supplies can't possibly come through from behind the food counter. OSHA would have had a field day! I don't want to see anything happen to Arby's... But I also don't wish to see anybody sick.
