Fast friendly service

I was told my order was $16 at the time of order and at payment. However, when I received my receipt, I saw that my credit card had been charged $21. I'm guessing the cashier simply rang up my order incorrectly and didn't notice it until she charged my card, but she still should have told me.

I waited in the drive thru for 25 min to get my order- a beef and cheddar sandwich, medium curly fries, and a cup of water. The cashier had added my order to the car in front of me and cashed them out before realizing the mistake. It took way too long!!! When I did get my food, the fries were cold- I asked for new, but didn't check the sandwich. I wish I had because it too was cold. It was sitting long enough on their counter to loose all heat. I was really hungry so I didn't want to waste more of my time going in to get a better sandwich. I was very disappointed in the food I received from this location.
