I was with a party and a room was suppose to be saved for us and it wasn't. Not happy for that. We didn't get any discounts or anything for the mess up.

The ac wasn't working good enough. it was too warm.

M any empty food items. Most of these were not replaced until we asked for the food. Of course then we had to wait for the food. We were there a good three hours before the scheduled closing.
