Some in my party felt the food was cold, not happy. We visited due to a bogo coupon.

when we got there, the manager went right in front of us to the cashier and loudly told him to refund another customer's money. this was terribly unprofessional. most of the food seemed like it had been cooked many hours earlier and was just not fresh. the lettuce and spinach on the salad bar were half frozen. I didn't have real high expectations of the place but, it was wise than I thought it would be. I'll never go back.
