Atmosphere is great but I do not like the food that much. Desserts are good though :)

Great experience. Some food items tasted like they had been out awhile. Other than that we enjoyed our family time!

I'm just moving to San Marcos. This Hometown Buffet is the nicest one I've seen anywhere. ( Chicago, Phoenix, Los Angeles area, etc). Lots of good items on the menu, clean & friendly staff. I will definitely be back

I went to the one in San Marcos. This was a very unique hometown, given that I haven't been to one in quite awhile. I like the old style of Hometown a lot better. It's easier to find the different things. They aren't really all over the place.

Always loved coming here, the prices are getting too high for the value of the food, the food has gone down significantly
