very pricey for 2 people, no one at the carved meat stand any time I went up there, asked a gentlemen for some ketchup and he never brought us any

the food was dried out from sitting to long and poor quality overall. the staff were highly unprofessional. they were seen just standing around, one was eating melon from the buffet while walking around with it half bitten on a fork. no one picked up used plates

I had a coupon for 17.99 dinner for 2 low and behold including drinks our total was over $25. Our first trip up- there was absolutely no main course available. No roast beef, ham NOTHING. We were told it would be available shortly. So we sat back down. I munched on extremely old and hard waffle fries, my fiancé ate his first plate with a spoon because there was no forks clean. second trip up, STILL no meat to be seen. At this point I'm getting frustrated because I did not come here to eat old French fries. Mashed potatoes completely gone, dinner rolls none in sight. I get a salad-wasn't exactly on my list of must haves but what could I do. FINALLY 3rd trip up and there is roast beef available. I am given the smallest portion I have ever seen and when I tried to cut it, it was all complete fatty tissue and inedible. you couldn't even it cut it with a knife. Never got any dinner rolls mashed potatoes or corn everything was gone. I hate to see the place when it's really busy and not on a slow Monday night. Very unlikely we will be back.
