Love free kid meals and the staff was very helpful and kind towards my daughter in helping her with menu items.

Great. I love Lubys. Great food and clean restaurant. Good prices and it filled me and my whole family up. Will definitely be going back.

Terrible experience. Had to wait 10 minutes for chicken. Cashier was rude. Charged me $16, including dessert that I didn't order. Took food to table, was there for 15 minutes and waitress never came by. Had to go behind counter and get my own take out container. Called manager and he claimed that the restaurant was slammed and that waitresses were too busy. I said sir, I'm still in the parking lot. There are 3 other tables there. Started stuttering then wanted to send me gift cards. I said how about you just teach your staff how to do their job.
