The lady Sue was more than helpful in explaining the different products and very knowledgeable in the products. The customer service was excellent and the purchase and paperwork was done really quickly.

Ian, the salesman listened carefully to my problems and headed me to a selection of mattresses that would fulfill my needs, giving me full information about each one then left me with a cup of coffee to keep trying and testing until I had made a decision. Even then he proceeded to advise me on my current pillow situation and recommended a tempur pillow, this I purchased and slept on last night and he was right, it was bliss. I’m eagerly awaiting delivery of my new mattress, hoping it will prove to be a worthwhile investment also.
