We came in for a browse but the staff were so helpful and encouraging that we found a bed that we fell in love with and at a great price too!

Went in only to look for a bed as mine had just recently broke, the lady that help us Sue was very friendly and helpful

Susan from the llansamlett branch was exception throughout and really made everything simple for us. She assisted me and my partner with the sleep analyser to best suit us to a type of mattress and was able to use the analytics of the machine to best help us choose a mattress best suited to us. She took the time to explain things and was always patient as we tried different mattresses and chose a frame. She offered us water and made it a seamless experience. Exceptional service
