Sue who helped us in-store pointed out certain mattresses that suited our needs, she also gave us pillows to help us make our desicion on the right mattress for us. We didn't have to wait to be served, she was very prompt in helping and efficient in placing our order, also offering us tea and coffee. Store was very clean and all mattresses were clearly signed to whether they were soft, medium, or firm which definetly helped so we didn't have to try all mattresses

we purchased everything we were looking for and the service was excellent the guy that looked after us his name was Ian and he was outstanding with knowledge of the store and a very pleasant man.

The colleague was available whilst maintaining a distance (my daughter was very self conscious about trying the beds and just wanted to look for herself) He asked my daughter the relevant questions when he needed to, but also gave her space.

The assistant was very helpful but not pushy. The item I had seen on line was not on display in the shop but I was assured that I would be able to order it. I was shown around and other beds were recommended with no pressure. O problem ordering the bed even had a coffee while we were doing the paper work. A pleasant experience.

The sales assistant was polite and very knowledgeable. Very quick service. Was instantly offered assistance and a cup of tea.

The process was speedy. The lady who served me was exceptionally helpful. She listened to my request and I did not feel pushed to purchase.

We were highly satisfied as the sales person Ian who helped us was helpful but not too pushy, he was knowledgeable and gave us enough information for our enquiry but also left us alone for us to consider between a choice of 3 mattresses. He was friendly and made us a great cup of coffee, which was a little unusual but a nice touch.

No pressure on us we was allowed to look be for a salesman came on to us Quick and straightforward happy with the price
