MICHAEL was extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable, patient. Offering us refreshments on arrival. I would recommend anyone to visit this Swansea branch and speak to Michael. He was excellent.

Walked in and was greeted promptly by the sales staff who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Made our choice and the order was placed, delivery sorted and any other queries dealt with in a very good time frame.

Michael was really informed and really polite and offered us a hot drink while walking around and while waiting for a computer to be free. Never felt so welcome and stress free in a store and i work in retail myself.
