Great service, very efficient. Would/will visit when I need a bed again

I have been buying from Dreams for many years, I bought a bed mattress and headboard from yourselves in December 2018, Ian was so helpful and knowledgeable I loved the choice of products, Ian answered all my questions and that is why I returned on the 10th February 2019, and bought another bed mattress and headboard. I would not go anywhere else and will definitely return.

When entering the store I was approached and greeted by a sales person Called Michael he was very friendly, polite and asked us if there was anything we needed help with, after explaining my needs Michael explained the different range and options with in the store to help us narrow down what we were looking for, he then asked if we would like a hot beverage and gave us a pillow each to try out different mattresses in the store, after we selected our products we were directed to the till where Michael made purchasing products quick and easy. Would definitely recommend dreams Swansea to all family and friends.

Sue was extremely knowledgeable, polite, helpful and friendly. A credit to your company. She allowed us to have a look around the store ourselves but was on hand to answer any questions. I would prefer this treatment rather than being followed.

Overall satisfied from the ambience of the place, down to the beds-looks elegant, arrange very well. Lastly the staff who greeted and acknowledge as soon as we came i.

Extremely friendly staff. We were offered tea and coffee. They could see when were ready to make a purchase and came to us but weren't overly pushy and left us to it the rest of the time we were there.

Assistance was available but you were given space to look around yourself.

We were free to take our time & look around, but when we needed help, Gareth was there to give good but friendly advice. There was no sense of pressure-salesmanship and he showed us products we could afford. We didn’t feel he was trying to make us spend more for the sake of it, but gave honest advice.
