Ian who served us was highly knowledgable about the products available and spent time explaining in detail .Time was taken with no pressure and he was very polite.Went out of his way to be helpful. WELL DONE.

The lady who assisted us when we were looking for a good mattress, was great she new exactly what we needed and showed us the double with the acti gell mattress. witch me and my misses loved and purchased straight away we also bought a double duvet for our son witch was on sale

Sue was very friendly and helpful, giving the time and information we needed on mattresses. We never intended on buying a mattress yet, but thanks to her help, finding the perfect mattress for us, we couldn't resist. We had to buy. Also anyone who offers and makes a brilliant cup of tea like her would make anyone highly satisfied!

From the start we were asked by Susan what we were looking for,we had an idea but needed guidance. She introduced us to the scanner told us how it worked ,put in our details then left the machine do it’s work and braught us a coffee. Three recommendations were made by the scanner and we were introduced to each bed and tried them. We chose the one we thought would suit us best and left the store to discuss it. My husband returned and baught the bed which will be delivered in 6weeks. We also purchased matching bedside tables. We have recommended Dreams to our friends . We were more than happy with our purchase. Susan has just the right angle on sales, showed us what was available and let us decide. Thank you for a pleasant method to spend money.

We arrived late at the Swansea store 5.30pm on Sat night, the assistant was very attentive and was in no rush as it was late, he asked if we would like to use the test bed , we were also asked if we would like a tea or coffee, after our trial ,he the showed us the matress that suited , we then were shown the ottoman beds that we wanted , there was no rushing us and we decided on a mattress and bed , we then asked to pay on interest free, Michael then set this up for us and gave us free pillows, I cannot fault the service and will be recommending dreams to friends and family.
