Your employee Susan was extremely helpful. I asked for a certain type mattress and she showed me what was available. Also she helped me chose a headboard. She was really lovely. The right attitude and friendliness and also she knew her products. I was really pleased.

We were satisfied with our trip to Dreams as we had already selected the bed we wanted we were able to sit down straight away and order our items. We were offered some beverages and the whole process was very quick and simple. Delivery options suited us very well and we are happy with the price of our purchase.

Went to store to buy a bed frame but nothing suitable. Store assistant discussed exactly what needed and found an alternative.

Gareth is a knowledgeable and pleasant Dreams Colleague who took time to answer every question my husband and I asked. He has a good knowledge of the products for sale and made our purchase decision from an excellent range of options very easy. He handled the order expertly and we left the store happy we had made the right decision and purchase.
