The sales assistant was extremely helpful and patiently explained the difference between the various items, particularly the mattresses.

Ian was very good, he could see we had no idea what we were doing and he asked probing questions to find out that we did actually need help.

Ian helped me and family he spent nearly 2 hours answering our questions and helped me find the perfect bed as I've been house bound for 10 months and spend most of my life in a bed. He made sure I was comfortable while there as I was not well and I am happy with the bed I've bought
