Dreams - Swansea

On arrival we were asked what we were looking for and then directed to items, after that we were left to browse and then approached to ask what questions we had and then given advice and information on what we were interested in. We also tried the sleep station and it was explained simply to us how it worked. Paperwork was quick and efficient and emailed to us directly.

After seeing the Tv’s footage of the making of the mattress,we were quite happy to pay the price for something that appears to be very well made.

We walked into the shop & was greeted by a very friendly lady named Sue - she was most helpful in assisting us with a king size mattress, bunk beds & mattresses & also bedding. We had visited the store a few weeks ago to purchase a headboard & was served by Ian who also was most helpful. This customer care made my husband & myself go to Dreams again to buy the above items as we felt confident with the service

The assistant (Michael) was knowledgeable and catered for my needs without hesitation. I had reservations about sizes but he produced a measuring tape and measured the items.

Great customer service, no pressure to buy as is normally the case, were shown around numerous mattresses with alone time given to discuss without pressure. Ian was great will definitely use Dreams again.
