Went to the store not knowing exactly what we wanted. Used the mattress fitting machine. Got a mattress we probably wouldn't have gone for. Also got a frame from the shop floor discounted.

We bought our last bed from you a few years ago in Poole dorset and have been more than happy with the bed and have moved to Wales three years ago and have purchased yet three more otterman 2 small doubles and 1single otterman bed and three bedside cabininets so Thankyou once again for your brilliant service Thankyou Tricia and Ian huxstep Evans

Walked through the door had a walk about was then greeted by an assistant who took my order explained everything well felt at complete ease order done and I was on my way no pressure and no hassle
