The people working in the store were all very friendly, offered us the chance to use the sleep machine which was fantastic! We were quite confused about what we were actually looking for and it helped alot, she then showed us all the available options and noticed the difference right away. We were very very happy with the service provided to us.

Susan was our assistance and made Our experience to a high standard ! She offered us teas and coffees, I felt no pressure what so ever, which I appriciated so much. We had the experience with the electronic bed matching us to our suited mattress, we then had a tour of the right mattresses for us and a chance to experience them for our selves! We ended up purchasing a bed and the mattress all at once! Highly satisfied and would 100% recommend to a friend/family. Definitly Would purchase from dreams again :D

An overall brilliant experience tea on arrival used the machine sue in the llansamlet branch was amazing
