Was met by a member off staff (Gareth)straight away as I walked through the door at Dreams (Llansamlet), helped me with the purchase, also showed me how the bed I was about to buy worked, and also showed me some of the features. Was originally going to order online, but was offered with free 8 year bed cover if purchased in store, so that is what I done.
