Assistant was very helpful,particularly by using the computerised bed to assess where my problem lies ( sorry about the pun ).And then to advise me on the one which suited me best. Cannot wait for delivery,as my back causes me problems in bed,and hopefully,this will solve my problem

I was highly satisfied with the customer service I received from Susan at the Swansea enterprise zone branch. She was amazing! So helpful, kind! Interested in my needs and had lots of patience when I took hours to pick a head board (hahah) she was a true professional who knew exactly what she was on about. I have since told my friend and my sister to visit Dreams to get there new beds! Keep up the good work! thank you, Happy customer :)
