Dreams - Swansea

We’ve had numerous cheap beds over the past ten years and this time we came to dreams to get ‘Bed matched’ and found the correct firmness (we’ve had had the wrong firmness for years it seems) and a bed both my husband and I could have stayed on and been delivered home with the bed haha we have been told how and when to turn the mattress (I’ve been doing this wrong as well) We were made to feel extremely welcome offered bottles of water and there was sanitizers at the door, my four year old boy was made to feel important as well when we were in the process of purchasing by being offered a chair to sit on, we were all very happy leaving the shop and look forward to taking delivery of our new bed on the 19th!

Gareth was highly knowledgable and answered all of my questions. He left me to browse and to make up my mind without pressuring me. He was extremely polite and nothing seemed to much trouble.

Yvonne in the Swansea store was fantastic. Not pushy at all, but on hand to assist with questions and guidance. She was extremely knowledgeable and a lovely person
