The experience was very unique. The mattress matcher system made shopping much more easier and time efficient. The assistant who served me was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me along my journey of purchasing my first ever bed and made it not as daunting as it first seemed! An excellent first experience at Dreams Beds!

The shop was very well set out and had all social distancing measures and sanitiser in place. The lady that assisted was very friendly and professional and the order was placed in no time. Really great experience and brilliant customer service.
