The experience was very unique. The mattress matcher system made shopping much more easier and time efficient. The assistant who served me was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me along my journey of purchasing my first ever bed and made it not as daunting as it first seemed! An excellent first experience at Dreams Beds!

Sue Thompson at Swansea branch was very friendly, i told her what I need and what specification I am looking in a bed and about my usual dissatifactions of other beds, without any further or due she knew exactly what i was looking for and showed me and my husbend the beds that are more suitable to our needs. They were not on discount so it was a bit pricy but she offered us finance option which put us at ease. Super friendly and very professional. Thank you Sue and Dream team as I felt safe trying out the beds and going around the store.
